The Spiritual Wellness Experience

Outlined below is the Conceptualization, Personalization, and Utilization (CPU) curriculum outline. Each context flows together throughout the entire process:

Building Your Context

Participants will learn to recognize how family systems, soci-cultural, economics, and other internal and external factors develops their context. (Mind)

Personalizing Your Context

Participants will personalize their contexts by beginning the process of conceptualizing, applying, analyze information gathered, observed, and experienced through reflecting on the first pathway (building your context). This critical thinking learning experience will engage the heart in the process of exploration and self-discovery. (Heart)

Utilizing Your Context

Participants will receive support with integrating their built context from the first pathway with their personalize context from the second pathway to positively guide their decisions making for the discovery life’s purpose and meaning to positively impact their personal lives, family, workplace, and local communities. (Soul)

Integrating Pathways

Participants learn how the three pathways are interchangeable by working collectively and individually helping to make-meaning of life’s spiritual journey.

Four Pathways (Six-Weeks Learning Experience)

Pathway 1 – Constructing and Analyzing Family Systems

Participants will learn to recognize how family systems, soci-cultural, economics, and other internal and external factors develops their context.
